We provide custom apparel printing and other custom printing services.

All products are produced on demand and made specifically to customer specifications.

We do not provide customer accounts on our website.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

• order information or artwork is incomplete or unclear,

• required files are not supplied, or

• payment or a required deposit has not been received.

4. Custom and made-to-order products

All products sold by us are custom printed and produced specifically for each order.

You acknowledge that:

• minor variations in colour, sizing, positioning, or print finish may occur; and

• any digital mock-ups or previews are indicative only.

5. Customer supplied artwork and materials

If you supply images, logos, text, or other materials, you confirm that you own the rights to use them or have permission from the rights holder.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from customer-supplied content.

6. Images and designs provided by us

Any images or design elements supplied by us are represented as legally licensed or free to use for commercial printing.

7. Pricing

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time before an order is accepted.

8. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe.

For custom bulk pre-orders, a bank deposit may be required before production begins.

Production will not start until payment or the required deposit has cleared.

9. Bulk orders and pre-orders

For bulk or custom pre-orders:

• pricing, quantities, timelines and deposit requirements may be agreed separately; and

• all production and delivery timeframes are estimates only.

10. Shipping and delivery

We ship only to:

• New Zealand; and

• Australia.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by production schedules and courier services.

Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods are handed to the courier.

11. Faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault or is materially different from the approved order details, you must notify us within a reasonable time and provide supporting photographs and order information.

Any remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable New Zealand consumer law.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including branding, logos, text, graphics and original designs, is owned by or licensed to Deleon Kustomz Printz.

You must not use or reproduce any content without prior written permission.

13. Website use

You must not:

• use the website for unlawful purposes,

• interfere with its operation or security, or

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business interruption or data loss arising from the use of our website, products or services.

Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, supplier issues, natural events, power failures or network outages.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
