REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Deleon Kustomz Printz through deleonkustomzprintz.com.
1. No refunds for change of mind
All of our products are custom printed and made to order.
For this reason:
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes, but is not limited to:
incorrect size selected by the customer,
design preferences after approval,
ordering the wrong product, or
no longer needing the item.
2. Orders in production
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
3. Bulk orders and pre-orders
For bulk orders and custom pre-orders that require a bank deposit:
deposits are non-refundable; and
once production has commenced, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
4. Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty due to a manufacturing error, or is materially different from the approved order details, you must contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and provide:
your order number; and
clear photographs showing the issue.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
5. Customer supplied artwork and information
We are not responsible for errors caused by:
customer-supplied artwork, files or spelling,
low-resolution images provided by the customer, or
incorrect information supplied at the time of ordering.
These situations do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
6. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
